I’ve been going to Myunike for years, which makes this even more disappointing to write. I specifically asked for a balayage-style highlight, but inst...ead received what looked like a full set of traditional highlights — not at all what I requested. To make matters worse, during the appointment my sweater was ruined in the process. Accidents happen, but there was no real accountability or solution offered for that either. Because of my limited schedule, I returned the following week to have the color corrected. Even though I was coming back to fix something that wasn’t done as requested, I was still charged for a blowout. When I later asked for a refund, it was refused. After being a loyal client for years, I expected better communication, more care, and at minimum some accountability. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling unheard and taken advantage of.

Jenny and Nelly Dios mío, God bless your hands! I am so grateful I was recommended to Jenny! She got a client for life. This is not your typical Domin...ican hair salon. It’s elevated, professional environment, the care is beautiful. It’s an experience 🤍 I’ve never had a bouncy blowout before and she made sure I had it. I told her I needed my ends trimmed and without even telling her she made sure my length stayed intact. And the head wash by Nelly, TO DIE FOR! I’m a curly girl, but I think she’ll be seeing me twice a month 🙆🏽‍♀️😂 thank you Jenny🤍 BOOK HER!
