Kenna, so glad that you had a great experience. Ashiatsu is a massage modality that some folks are afraid of because they think the therapist cannot control the pressure, but that is not true. It is as easy for me to go gentle as it is to go deep when appropriate. Ashiatsu moves 3 x more fluid than a traditional massage and the effects last longer too. Enjoy!
