Had an appointment scheduled for my son at 3pm. When I arrived, someone was still in their chair still. I was informed he would be done soon. I ended ...up waiting till 3:40 and had to leave to go to an event. Did not get a chance to get a haircut. Was very disappointed as this has never happened. Hopefully it does not happen again.
