      Appointment, Late Arrival & Refund Policy To ensure fairness and respect for every client’s scheduled appointment time, the following policies apply to all appointments. Appointment & Late Policy * All clients are granted a 7-minute grace period from their scheduled appointment time. * After the 7-minute grace period has expired, a $27 late fee will be assessed. Failure to pay the late fee will result in the appointment being canceled and services not being rendered. * Clients who arrive late and still wish to receive service may be required to wait until the next available opening in the schedule. Payment of the late fee does not guarantee immediate service. * If scheduling constraints prevent accommodation after a late arrival, the appointment will be considered missed and no refund will be issued. Missed Appointment Policy Clients who miss an appointment may be offered a one-time courtesy reschedule, subject to availability. This accommodation is extended only once. Any future missed appointments will not qualify for an additional courtesy reschedule. No Call / No Show Policy: Clients who fail to call and fail to appear for their scheduled appointment (No Call, No Show) are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances. No exceptions. Rescheduling Policy If you need to reschedule your appointment, you must do so at least one business day prior to your scheduled appointment time. Rescheduling requests made after this deadline will be subject to the Missed Appointment Policy. Refund Policy Refunds will only be issued when all applicable eligibility requirements outlined in these policies have been fully met. When a refund is approved: * Only the amount paid for the service will be refunded. * Taxes and payment processing fees are non-refundable. * Approved refunds will be issued via Cash App, Apple Pay, or Zelle.
