Update: I have been contacted by Katelyn twice since my appointment to make amends for the service. The location is beautiful. I was scheduled for a ...wash, haircut, and style. My original appointment was for 1, and due to the conflicting schedule on the hairstylist part, my appointment was changed to 11. Once I arrived, my stylist seemed in a rush. I was in and out in roughly 10-15 minutes, including paying. The only portion of my service i received was the haircut. While I did not pay full price for service, the service was nowhere near what I was anticipated. I will not be returning in the future. Show more
