My appointments with Curstin are ALWAYS so rewarding, to say I be feeling myself when I leave is an understatement!!! She was super polite, profession...al, relatable, and answered all my questions! I did have to wait a bit in her lobby, but I’ve NEVER not waited on a hair dresser… due to me booking same day we had to push my appointment back to allow her time to get what was needed. She communicated with me every step of the way and kept me informed the entire time! I love my hair as I ALWAYS do when Curstin puts her stamp on it 😝 Show more

Get the bob sis! I absolutely love the vibes and atmosphere every visit. She made me feel welcome from the very first visit and she has the best movie... collection hands down! I get so many compliments on my hair since I started booking her services. I know I’m just a client but she makes me feel like we been knowing each other for years. Thank you for bringing me into my short hair era. Y’all better come get one of theses! Show more

First time client. Appointment was at 7 am, she had me waiting until 7:25 am to be seen w/o an apology. She tried to charge me an extra $25 b/c I brou...ght virgin body wave bundles & her clients typically bring hair in straight packs even though styling is included within the service & there are no guidelines set in what type of hair to bring which better quality should not be a problem. However, I told her that $25 would compensate for the 25 minutes she had me waiting so that was that. Upon leaving, she stated something sly upon closing the door but I kept it professional. Keep in mind - this will be at her apt not a salon/suite. I don’t recommend for new clients. She’s suitable for people from her hometown, HTX, who she’s accustom to serving. Show more

Grace and peace! Thank you again for your service. When you entered my business I greeted you and thanked you for your patience and for waiting. Yes I explain to you that it would be and additional charge due to me having to perform an additional service because it takes additional time on the used hair you provided and without hesitation agreed to accommodate you for your 25 min wait which I apologize for. When you left you said "have a good day" I then said, "you too”. Then you said, "have fun in Atlanta" and I said, “thank you”! Sorry you must have miss heard me cause I wouldn't ever be unprofessional or disrespect my customers or clients♥️ I understand that I am not called to everyone and everyone is not called to me but for the ones I am for who travel from all around the world I love and appreciate you all and keep in mind my "place of business” is equipped with everything needed to provide the services that I offer♥️

Drove over 100 miles to find out her plane was delayed. She did try to call me the night before at midnight. I was sleep! She wanted me to come later ...but I was already in Houston and had to get back home! Asked for a refund on my $100 deposit. Sad she had to wait till she got to Houston to put money in the bank! Still took several hours after her flight landed and two more phone calls before I was reimbursed! Show more
