I have been going to him for 7 or 8 years now and I have little to no complaints. If he has an emergency he tries to communicate as soon as possible w...ith me and vice versa. He listens to what you want and executes! And he stands by his work! He never rushes me even if he's running behind, he's patient with me when I am being indecisive. We have great conversation. The salon is clean, Everyone is super friendly and the salon has a very diverse group of techs!

I’ve been a long-time customer and have usually had good experiences here. Unfortunately, my most recent visit has ensured that I will not be returnin...g. I was repeatedly pressured for a tip, which made me extremely uncomfortable. A tip should be optional, not something customers feel forced into giving. The service is already expensive, and being asked multiple times for a tip was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. I’ve referred many people to this salon over the years, but that will no longer be the case. This experience left such a negative impression that I can no longer recommend doing business here.
