Helene really let me down at a very critical time in my life. I’m dealing with major life trauma and she somehow forgot to write my name down on the s...chedule. She said she was doing it but never did. So I’m left with zero help on a day it matters most. I attended two sessions and they were not helpful for me. Now I’m back at square one and it’s been a month since I first called to book an appointment. Huge waste of my life, time and money. Extremely disappointed

For starters, I’m pretty sure Helene has saved me in more ways than I even realize. When I found her, I was terrified of therapy, felt undeserving of ...benefitting from it, and had little expectation that it would help. I was working with her to confront my longest-held, deepest fear when it snuck up on me out of nowhere and almost killed me. Struggling in the face of this experience alone is daunting, but when you sprinkle in the past issues you are working through, and the new ones that leave you hopeless, overwhelmed is an understatement. I give 100% of the credit to Helene for my ability to persevere and handle things in a better way. Without this woman, I can honestly say I don’t know if I would have made it this far in one piece. I’m not sure if she’s just an incredible therapist, but I’ve never been this inspired by another human being to want to try my best to be better every single day.
