Very crooked cornrows and the product she used was awful. I could barely get my hair out of the braids and everything started flaking. And she was 40 ...minutes late. Unprofessional, bad quality work. Will never return. Show more

I try to refrain from using the word ghetto but my patience ran out!! Using the word unprofessional just isn’t enough for me today. If you value your ...time and money unfortunately Shanell is not the one to value yours. First time I scheduled an appointment it was confirmed on Her end plus I had to pay an $18 deposit. I get to the address that was provided and apparently she haven’t been there in over a month. The address was not updated and she also was not aware of my appointment being confirmed even after the deposit was made. I gave her the benefit of the doubt since I did book the open slot just the day before. So then after she apologized i booked with her the following week with the updated address. Which was my mistake because just 7 minutes before my new appointment this girl tell me that she was going to be an hour late because she had to run some errands. So girl Send me my deposit back i don’t care if they charge you $5 for every refund you you give. Not my problem! Its my fault for having patience with you the first time! Show more

First of all!!!! Before you try and talk down on somebody, don’t lie about it while doing so! You booked the appointment the same day, not the day before! And the appointment was confirmed on my end because I had to click the appointment in order to contact you! I also notified you and let you know that I would be 30 minutes late, not an hour! And if you have children, then you should understand unfortunate things can happen AT THE LAST MINUTE! At least I don’t agree with this review at all because at least I was courteous enough to communicate with you instead of not saying anything at all! I am very professional and I take my business serious!
