Ola is very nice and pleasant to work with. She did a very good job on my boho braids. She patiently answered questions I had. She has an in-home salo...n (basement) that was clean, comfortable and spacious. I felt safe there and prefer the one-on-one attention vs a busy hair salon. Be sure to bring a book, phone or anything else to keep you occupied as there isn’t a tv which is fine. I am happy to have found a quality place on the West side of Cleveland. Show more

Professional. She will contact you to confirm your selection on Booksy and color. I normally purchase my own hair. Since it was longer than the act...ual length I wanted she offered suggestions, supplied me with the length/color I was looking for, and gave me advice for my next appointment if I wanted to use the hair I purchased. Her braids are consistent and she works fast. I was in and out in 5.5 hrs for small midback length knotless braids. I will be back to let her bless my hair again. Show more
