Professional. She will contact you to confirm your selection on Booksy and color. I normally purchase my own hair. Since it was longer than the act...ual length I wanted she offered suggestions, supplied me with the length/color I was looking for, and gave me advice for my next appointment if I wanted to use the hair I purchased. Her braids are consistent and she works fast. I was in and out in 5.5 hrs for small midback length knotless braids. I will be back to let her bless my hair again. Show more

I booked a last minute appointment with Ola and she was able to easily fit me into her schedule. Ola is very warm, kind, and courteous. She took her t...ime with my hair and she was very gentle. Our braids were so clean , professional and overall 😍!! She did a great job at both of our hair in the same day and you can tell she works very hard at her job and very well with her business . I haven’t had braids for over twenty years. One reason is they hurt lol…another it’s so expensive after paying for the hair and then paying the stylis...t….we’ll “OLA” has sold those problems….no pain (literally) I could pull my hair up the same day! Well actually BEFORE I LEFT HER. Then no hassles of wondering what kind of hair or the length…AGAIN, she provides the hair and when I say hair👏🏾👏🏾A variety of colors and lengths! Yes it comes with the cost, and speaking of cost….(let’s just say) I was able to go get me a little something for myself lol….OLA I have NEVER BEEN LOOKKNG FORWARD to my next braid appointment but I am. She’s very friendly and I appreciate that,but then the environment is so warm and inviting. I recommend before going to ANY ONE ELSE, give her call. On a scale of 1-10 I give OLA a 20!!!!
