Customer service was great, but results weren’t. My leave out wasn’t blended at all. I was told it was due to lack of curling products, but it’s also ...because it’s way too much hair left out. So now I have to get my hair done again quicker than I intended. Show more

Thank you for your response The amount of hair left out was do to the damage of natural hair, excessive heat damages I used a 4mm marcel curling iron and the leave out still had broken pieces that couldn’t be curled no lack of tools just damaged hair no concerns where expressed during the service at all I recommend you rest your leave out and consider a closure or frontal for better results. Also was given a free take down and detangle As a small business owner I appreciate the feed back can’t please everyone.
