I got the gold shave. Very relaxing, very thorough shave. Lasted about an hour and came with 2 gift oils. My face came out looking younger and cleane...r. Like a babies butt. I would have given it 5 stars but the gentlemen left out the shoulder massage. I may do this once a month. Show more

The experience was horrible, they just don’t comply with the services they say, I wanted to pay my son’s experience of his first shave, and they made ...him a shitty cut, poorly shaved, they don’t wash his hair, they don’t massage as they say. Pay for 2 services of 30 minutes each, which did both in 15 minutes. I’m very dissatisfied with the shitty service they have.That’s how they left him their “shave”. Show more

I scheduled a visit to the shop after having seen Arthur’s work on a YouTube video. I must say, I did not expect the level of service I received. Firs...t off, the shop is a fantastic trip through time. The walls are decorated with decades of barbershop history and old world chic and Arthur is extremely well versed at taking you through it. The gold package haircut and shave I received was fantastic and well worth the price. The gentleman who attended to me spoke little English but was super friendly and an amazing barber. He made every effort to communicate with me and ensure I was comfortable at all times. The shave was arguably the best I’ve ever experienced! Once I was done, Arthur and the entire staff as well as the patrons in the shop, gathered with me to toast champagne and caviar! It was almost surreal! I had an amazing time. The entire staff was amazing but Arthur is beyond reproach. He approaches his work with sheer passion and pure charisma as he never hesitated to speak with us even while attending to his clientele. In a city that moves at a mile a minute, the shop is a welcome reprieve as time seems to stop here and it’s all about you, They’ve earned a client for life and I will surely return! Show more
