I made a mistake for my request and caused a delay for Jeremy. I apologized to him and made another request that he honored while also apologizing. Needless to say, he did a fantastic job with my hair and took time to meet my needs. I tipped him 100%... of the cost of the haircut and he gained two lifetime customers moving forward. I wish the world was full of people of this kind. Appreciated!
