I went in for Live Scan and then decided to get passport photos taken for renewal. Both women who worked at this location were helpful with and knowle...dgeable about what they were doing. They were also both very efficient, and in addition and really nice people, which made the whole experience really great. The lady was very sweet, patient, and helpful throughou...t the process, especially since I kept messing up the amount of pressure I was putting on my fingers. I had great experiences in the past two days. Notary the first day and shipping in the second day. Notary only took 10 min. Shipping via UPS was a bit... complicated but got out after 20 min as well. I’m glad they open during weekends. Will surely use their service again! By the way, the owner reply through Yelp msg extremely fast (almost like right away).
