I usually don’t do this but today really upset me. My son has been getting his hair cut here for some time now. I don’t want to get into the details ...because I do support black businesses. The thing that irritates me is that sometimes people don’t admit when they do something wrong. You get better results when you come clean. Today my 13 went in to Reactions barbershop and his hair was in tact before he went in . Because of previous issues with my sons hair line I was refunded in the past. Today my son has a thin spot in the top of his hair and in the front. My directions to the barber was very clear I told him not to cut the top of his hair I was trying to let it grow back.I sent him back in the shop for the barber to spray it so it’s not a bald spot . Even though this happened I paid him without a question . I then texted Rick and asked him why did he still cut the top of his hair he said he didn’t which was a lie because my son had hair on his face . Rick then said “so you trying to tell me I cut a bald spot on his hair well I will have to decline being his barber. That was so rude and unprofessional but thanks for doing us a favor papa Smurf. Everyone look please be the judge. My son have 360 waves and it look like You don’t have hands since you want to be rude . Now we get to spray it in till it grows back , but maybe it will since you not cutting it anymore.God bless you Show more

Rick is the best barber around to us. He has been cutting my sons hair since he was 3 years old he is now almost 13 years old - Rick has become family... to us . I love his personality and has great humor. His professional demeanor is definitely a plus and also very respectful land polite. He cuts all of my nephews too.
