1 Hour Simulator Reservation

Made the reservation online the day before. Upon arrival, no one had checked the list to see if there were any reservations to quote "they were too b...usy" and gave our reservation away to another group. There seemed to be no sincerity in their apology or sympathy as to what can only equate to their screw up. No effort was made to rectify their mistake. Manager was offsite. We were given his contact information, and after leaving a message there was no return phone call. This is a review on the management and their business practices. Terrible customer service. Food is excellent! Seems like the ceiling above the Golfzon simulator could be a couple feet higher. We hit a few wedge shots that hit the ceiling b...efore they hit the screen and felt like it affected the distance of our shots. The price isn't terrible, but we really had to play fast for 2 people to finish in 2 hours. Show more

Didn’t have enough time to finish round , 2 hours would be better for 65. Maybe change 45$ a person for a whole 18 holes.

Set up Golfzon app prior to arrival, saves time. Lots of fun to play inside with great food/beverages and excellent service by Bridget. We found the b...all didn’t seem to travel as far as on course so we adjusted irons accordingly. Sand is realistic as is the putting. Bring your own clubs/shoes/glove. Great time. We played 2 hours and had a blast. Show more

The staff was extremely friendly and on top of their game. The GOLFZON simulator was very fun and had a wide variety of courses on it. Also the other ...games (pool, pinball, foosball, etc.) were quality tables and spaced out well. Will definitely be back. Show more
