Scheduling online is great for out of town client. Quick friendly service up front but the estimate of 2 hours became 5 and neglected to call when fi...nished as they said... I ended up hanging around town an hour or so longer than necessary waiting for their call, and no information upon pickup. Explanation: “well we were busy.” Hard drive replaced. Now I am on my own to get going again. I would return with complete knowledge of what is needed and leave the device with them overnight in future. Show more

I called first, but no one answered, so I went on the Website. It advertised $60 Ipod Touch 5th Generation battery replacement. It said to schedule an... appointment to come in, so I did. Person behind counter told me battery replacement would be $80. I complained and pointed to the website ad, he finally offered to do it for $70, which was better than nothing. However, he said they had to order the battery, and told me to bring the ipod back the next week. Could have done that over the phone! Show more

Took my iphone 6 plus in for a faulty charging port and they kept it for a day. They were able to go deep into the issue and explain that it wasn&#39...;t just a bad charging port but something more that pretty much was killing my phone. Really good information. Then they didn't want to charge me for trying multiple new ports and other things to get the phone to work. I insisted paying them something for their time and expertise. Highly recommend them to anyone with mac issues. Show more
