I highly recommend Matthew as a counselor. He is more than sufficiently warm and understanding -but he doesn't let you "off the hook" wh...en you need to be told something you need to hear. He's a good balance of listener while active, honest while considerate, understanding while holding accountable.

Due to living thru major flooding, last year, I was suffering was severe panic attacks every time it would rain. Matthew suggested hypnotherapy, not ...to suppress my survival instincts, but give me tools to deal with the heightened fear. This was the best thing he could have done for me. I am still wary of the weather, but with the tools he gave me, I am able to deal with them in a normal fashion, removing the paralyzing panic. THANK YOU!
