There has to be a better way to keep track of the 12 sessions we signed up for. .Aruba says I was finished with my Sauna days which was 10 days only.... I was never told there was only 1 sauna room to begin with. This place is no longer the same I don’t believe I will be back there again.!!It wasn’t a great experience 😌 Show more

My tech was awesome, recommended the right color for my skin and even though the shop... was pretty busy when I went in for my appointment she kept me updated and got me through really quickly. if you are looking for a clean, professional tanning salon with color that fades evenly over time this is the place to go! First time visiting and experienced terrible customer service. Zero instructions and walkthrough of the sauna. Did not know it had blue tooth radio un...til half way my session. Person at front desk did not care about my business. No effort whatsoever to make me feel welcome. At the end, I had to almost beg to pay because the lady did not even know she had to charge me. I was then interrupted twice and asked to wait to pay until she helped more important clients coming in. Will not return. Show more
