We are sorry your appointment didn’t go as you expected as far as timing goes. However, you did fail to read the service description where you were supposed to know how many locs you have, being that you wanted all of your locs cut in half and reinstalled. This information is important to your stylist because we cannot give you exact pricing or even a date of service if we don’t know the details that are listed in the consultation service description. You were given a max price so that your consultation wasn’t a complete waste being that you couldn't given us the details we ask for. Since you booked a virtual consultation, and were operating a vehicle during your virtual consultation, there was nothing else your stylist could do if you could not inform us on basic details about your hair, except for them to give you the max price based on the little information you were able to give us.
