You won’t find better than Billy in Tampa Bay…and this is coming from a snobby New Yorker who’s very particular about his hair. I grew up in the area ...and still travel back, but get nervous doing cuts down here as I’ve had some bad ones…no longer. Billy gave me an all scissors cut, perfectly blended, checking in about the length throughout. Found my guy (other stylists were doing some great stuff too…lil more hip, razor edge, slick tops), and you will too if he can slide you in! Show more
