What I asked for, and what I got. Picture was open on the desk the whole time. "Will that turn pinker like the picture?" "Yes." It did not. Manager: ...oh, you should've said pink. Me: I DID. And I was told it would turn pink with the chrome. Also, how much clearer can I get about what I want than leaving the actual photo open between my hands the whole time? Show more

my nails were rushed and my toes are already chipping and I had just went in a few days ago it was different techs doing my toes and that was not what... I requested , I’m truly disappointed being that I paid almost 130$ for my nails and pedicure , unfortunately I’m not sure if I will go back I had really high expectations being that I came from Vegas and my nails are always on point . Would also like to add she didn’t even ask me what color pink powder I wanted she just did her own thing. Instead of trying to validate your work , take customer feedback and do better and I did not get a regular pedicure it was gel and I got the deluxe . A gel pedicure should not be chipping a day after . I see why it was so empty when I came. Show more

I’m sorry to hear that you are not happy. But she spends more then an hour on your pink and white full set and your pedicure it was more then 45 minutes for just a regular pedicure. Your appointment is at 2:15 and you get out of here 4:16..

Tiffany does an amazing job, so look no more if you need someone who will listen to exactly what you want/need. I will forever be her customer. I get... dip nails (extra thick, almost like acrylic) and she does them exactly like I like them every single time. I’m picky, so this is huge. For my toes, I like the hot stone pedicure, and let me just say.. she is SO so good. My legs and feet feel like they’ve had the best spa day.. every time. It’s amazing. Show more
