Well, this must be the "chop shops" of plastic surgery/! Wow..... Some crabby old man (doctor?nurse?tech?) was yelling at another staff member... as he was walking into my room! He was a real jerk and I'm glad he didn't listen.....I bet they would have jacked up the botox!! STAY AWAY!! Show more

I had a laser hair removal consultation with Joe, during which his only priority was to sell me as many treatments as he possibly could. He never inq...uired about the area I wanted treated, and couldn't even clearly identify the difference between "chin" and "neck" areas for me so I had to guess. My first treatment was great, and the technician told me the difference would be "night and day" between the before and after 3 treatments. I understand this place has been in business for 45 years. With that being said, the company has grown far too arrogant in their role. I practically w...alked out of the consultation after the owner was practically arguing with me about my research conducted on the procedure. He declared there was no risk associated with a certain procedure (which is a flat out lie). Also attempts to sell procedures that can be completely avoided by using a less invasive technique. My opinion? Do your research. Show more

One star for being able to set up my consultation online. The gentleman who was in my consultation was rude, judgemental, unprofessional and arrogant.... It was very clear that A+E has no actual consistent pricing. The consultant was just making up obnoxiously high pricing then "giving me a deal ". He refused to put any price down on paper for me probably because I kept proving to him that his math from one "deal" to the next was not consistent with the advertising or with the previous "deal". I looked online on a monday for an open appointment time for a consultation and there were openings that same day!l had a consultation about a tattoo ...removal and I met with Joe, the owner. He was very professional and able to answer any and all questions that I had. He gave me a reasonable quote and offered a 300$ discount if I paid up front.
