Finding a solid barber is tough in a new area. I used to have the convenience of living only a few minutes from Cesar’s Barbershop but now I live in P...arker. Hear me when I say I’m willing to make the drive to have Cesar cut my hair. Dude is a total professional and a master of his craft. He surrounds himself with quality people and I’m happy to say the shop looks better and better on each visit. Haircuts are expensive. You should be happy with the quality of the cut since you’re paying your hard earned money. You’ll be feeling fresh every time you step out of the chair. Trust me. Show more
