If wish it was possible to leave no stars. My appt was confirmed x2, including the day before my appt. When I arrived the door was locked & took a few... minutes for a man to come to the door. He confirmed my time at the desk but told me the person I was scheduled with had gone to Hilo. I was so looking forward to getting my haircut, I can’t afford it very often. I am very disappointed. Maria takes care of my mom's hair and nails. She is so awesome and hard working, professional, detail oriented, kind, friendly, and an overall stellar... person. My mom is 88 years old, hard of hearing, and has trouble speaking English properly, and Maria knows how to make communication happen anyways and get my mom taken care of in the best way and with great results. We are both so grateful for her and will continue to patronize her salon for years to come. Show more
