I had the pleasure of visiting Trinady, owner of Locked Salon, in Malden, for the first time, and I must say it was an excellent experience! They were... so thorough in explaining each step of the process, which made me feel really comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I was especially impressed with how gentle and skilled they were when washing my hair and handling my locs—it felt so relaxing, and I could tell they really knew what they’re doing. The salon is conveniently located just outside the city of Boston, with easy parking and a great, accessible location. The decor was also very nice, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that made the entire experience even more enjoyable. The service was top-notch, and honestly, it felt like the best value I’ve gotten in a long time. I left feeling refreshed and happy with my results.
