Honestly, I made the appt 3 weeks in advance. The stylist was very nice and kind and she seemed good on the phone but the day of I noticed things were... off. She and I were texting back and forth regarding my appt, she mentioned a deposit which there was nothing that required it during the booking but I told her sure just send me the link and I’ll send my deposit. Because I understand why people require them and I don’t mind She never responded to that and when I reached out again on Wednesday 9/13, 2-3 days before the appts she asks me if I can do 4pm instead of the 12pm I booked which was kinda alright I guess so I agreed to a different time. The day of I texted her to confirm the appt because I wanted to make sure we were still on for that time and she responded and gave me yet another time, 4:30 this time. When I arrived, there were 2 stylists inside doing 2 patrons hair. I decided to wait in my car until 4:30. I texted and tried calling to see when she would be ready. I wasn’t prepared to sit in my car for hours while she did someone else’s hair. when she wasn’t ready by 5pm, I simply decided to leave because I drove 1hr 1/2 from where I live just to get my hair done for my upcoming birth and I’m 36 weeks pregnant and cannot be sitting in a hot car for hours. The salon seemed good but since I am new to Dallas I had no idea where to go. So I was really just giving this place a try. Extremely unprofessional stylist, poor communication and a true lesson learned about where not to book. I’m sure their work is fine and up to par but with service like that it was not worth it for me. I wasted my gas and my time but I sure was not going to wait an hour + for her to be done with someone else hair when I had an appointment. Show more
