I told her the braids were too tight as she was braiding for my sew in. She responded that they needed to be tight around the perimeter, but will loos...en up in the back. The process was extremely painful and I get braids all the time. She stated that she wanted to see how the five bundles would look in my hair, even though she figured it would be too heavy. I don’t get sew ins very often, so I trusted her judgment. After three days, I had to take them out from the pain and burning on my scalp. I had sores on my temples and perimeter of my hair. After only three days, I lost that handful of hair around my edges and perimeter. I reached out to her and she assured me that I would get a refund, or at least a partial one. However, she proceeded to continuously ignore my messages and needless to say, I never got my money back. I had a friend who is a hairstylist take out the sew in, and she also stated that the entire thing was done poorly. I can only assume that Toni needed the $100 more than I did. Update ….. I am not sure what the point of lying in your response was for. You clearly offered me a refund so I’m not sure how you can say it’s not fair because you already did the work. I also never told you I needed all five bundles in. I simply just Brought all the hair that I had. I also denied getting braids because you literally destroyed my scalp the first time around, I’m not sure why I want to go back to you to braid my hair more, perhaps so I can lose more hair? I wouldn’t dare allow you to braid my hair again. I have all the text messages from our exchange, so it’s nothing to negate these lies. I’m getting my hair braided now and it has never been a problem about how soft my hair is and your price is $100 for us so win, nowhere on your site does it say it’s 25 more dollars for every additional bundle. If that was the case, you should’ve said something from the get-go. And clearly in the text messages you’re the one who put all five bundles in so that you can see what it would look like so let’s be honest. Again, you clearly needed $100 so you can keep it. Sorry to hear this ! I asked several times was it to tight because you have very soft hair i also asked you were you sure you wanted all 5 bundles of 28 in hair installed in your head and advised you that may be to heavy...i offered you a feedin style when you asked for a refund you said no you want a refund which is not fair to me since i did do hair and that day you didnt say it was to tight just like this review isnt fair but its ok im human i def tried to braid your hair you got 5 bundles installed for 100 so yea my apologies about it being tight i should have only put the 3 bundles that was needed instead if all 5 like you asked me knowing it wasnt a good idea !
