She did a really great job first time around, but didn't do at all what I asked or agreed to this time around. I went in with long layers asking for a... trim. It had only been three months since my last haircut. I asked for a trim with my current hairstyle. She held up about three inches of hair and asked if that was good. I said fine. I was turned away from the mirror so couldnt see what she was taking off. I ended up with one length and six inches cut off. She also thinned my hair out unnecessarily. Now I'm stuck with hair that bairly reaches my shoulders and previously was down to my middle back. The cut does like fine, but it wasn't what we agreed on. Flora is very nice, and I almost didn't leave a bad review cause she did good the first time. However, I would've stopped her during the cut if i had known how much she was cutting off. Show more
