I went with my two daughters. We arrived on time. Waiting over 15 min to get our chairs & even then only two of us got started, but the third waited a...nother 15 min for her gal to arrive & start. Yet we all finished at the same time?? Seems unfair. We also wish the receptionist would help coordinate care. We all asked for a flower on our toe & finger, but only some received it. They had me pay & then when I asked about the flower, they said I would have to pay more (after she got another lady over to interpret b/c she really didn’t understand, hence wanting the receptionist to coordinate & understand all services desired & willing to pay for). I spent close to $300 for this service for my daughters & myself & felt we bore the brunt of them being busy & rushed. Really unfair. Show more

S...he tried hard to eliminate ridges and staining of my nails. She also helped my select a color that worked well in hiding the imperfections. Show more

Went with one of my girlfriends and we left relaxed and happy! The lady’s did a very thorough job and even though they were busy I didn’t feel they we...re rushing to get us out. The leg and hand massages had both of us melting in our chairs! I will definitely be back and recommending this salon to others! A huge plus is it doesn’t break the bank!!! This place is unfortunately too inconsistent to keep spending money on. I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt but every time a new issue arises.... I got a gel manicure last time and was cut and bleeding. The polish was on so thick it didn’t cure underneath. Nail shaping inconsistent. My most recent appointment I paid more for a deluxe pedicure and it was done in 35 minutes. I was left sitting with towel on my legs for almost 10 minutes as part of the process which doesn’t feel worth the higher price tag for the deluxe pedicure. I’ve had some good experiences here but the negatives outweigh the bad especially for how expensive nails are these days! I did call to complain about one experience but I honestly don’t have another 2 hours to sit to have it fixed. Cannot recommend this place due to more negative experiences than positive. Show more
