I have always gotten great service at Apollo, but not this last time. Lengthy wait time and not enough seating; clinician only communicated by thumpin...g on my feet; pedicure was not thorough. Maybe it was just an off day? I will give it another shot. Show more

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I am visiting here in Bremerton gory granddaughter’s graduation. I went in on June 13, 2025, to have a delux...e pedicure and a deluxe manicure. My manicure didn't even last until Satirday because the polish started peeling almost immediately but I had a graduationt to attend do first thing on Monday I went to have it taken care of well all instead of taking the polish off the woman proceeded to cut the affected nails super short and long hen put polish only on the places where they had peeled yesterday all of those nails the polish came off again so I went on today to request a refund for my deluxe manicure and they said they had to called the owner who decided to offer me another manicure and a gift card. Luke I was crazy or something why would I want anotheranicute and a gift card from people that don't have a clue what they are doing??? So I lost my money. I donteccomrmd anyone going there at all. Pay more and go to a decent place. I paid $175 for nothing. Show more

I’m so sad because I love and have been coming to Apollo (Poulsbo and Silverdale) for over 10 years now. I had a spa manicure done at the Silverdale l...ocation and my nails were smudged before I even walked out the door. The polish is also very thick especially on my pointer finger. I felt rushed as it was closing time so I felt like I couldn’t have asked to have it fixed since they were all waiting at the door for me to leave. I was not the only mani pedi to walk in at 4:30. I also feel like the massage portion was not like it always has been. I’m just super disappointed. I was also asked to pay (and tip) before the polish was added, which I figured was so I wouldn’t have to dig in for my payment. I’ve never been asked to do that before. I would not have tipped like I did if I had seen what I was getting. My pedicure is great and I have no complaints. The Silverdale location is more convenient for me but I won’t be returning. I’ll go to poulsbo instead. Show more

Hi Cyndie, we apologize for what happened. You may come back whenever you are able to this week, and we will fix it for you free of charge. You can choose a different polish, since that bottle was probably one of the old ones.

The actual wax felt very rushed. I asked for just the stray hairs waxed off, leaving my brows as full as possible and the end result was not at all wh...at I was expecting. I still had stray hairs that I had to pluck off and green wax residue on me when I got to my car and was able to look at myself for more than a few seconds. One of my brows had more taken off on the end than the other and now looks uneven. I am not happy with my experience at all. I was happier with my brows before getting them waxed and wish I had never gone. Show more
