Initially, I had some frustration with the pac...kage policy and scheduling system, especially regarding timing flexibility and additional fees. However, once I brought this to their attention, they acknowledged there were issues with their system and took responsibility. They not only worked to resolve the situation, but also offered me a complimentary service to make up for the inconvenience, which I truly appreciated. That level of customer care makes a big difference. The staff has always been friendly and skilled, and my overall experience has been positive. While I still think there’s room for improvement in terms of scheduling flexibility and clearer pricing policies, it’s clear they value their clients and are willing to make things right. Overall, I would recommend them, especially because they stand behind their service and care about customer satisfaction.

This was the worst experience I’ve had going there. The tech pulled my eyelids, had my eyes burning and watering the entire time, did not do my normal... set at first and THEN was extremely rude to me when I refused to give her a tip because of the bad experience. I would like to still use this location, but she can never do my lashes again! I’m so disappointed.

A bad experience. I asked for deep cleansing facial. They used a cleanser and a scrub. With the help of steam, she was extracting, and she literally p...oked needles in my cheeks. After which she says that your pores are too inflammed so no facial massage for you. So, basically i paid for a facial with no cream, no lotion and no massage. Never had such a bad experience!

Worst experience ever. Started here several weeks ago, first time was good. Second time seemed good but had pink eye when I woke up the next morning. ... Major pressure both times to buy package deal. Third time was the worst. I asked for “fewer” lashes and made sure she understood what I was saying. I got passed off to someone else, who then gave me MORE lashes. So full it was Laughable. Then charged me for the extra lashes!! Woke up with pink eye again. Pictures attached. The following morning!! How do they clean their tools? Place was a joke. They should learn English a little better. I will never, never go back.
