’ve gotten my haircut many times. but never had n experience like this. still i give him grace. I gave him directions about my hair one cutting it he ...seemed hesitant, explained it to him showed them pictures as much as I could give us specific directions, which he did not follow an in return. I text him just to express my concern about my haircut. He offered a refund I accepted the offer and then upon checking if he sent it back, he refused to send it and said it’s my fault this was a horrible way to conduct this in his professionalism is not up to par.
