Noah has been a critical figure in helping me stay active for the last 7 years. He is amazing! As a marathon and Ironman athlete, I rely on him to hel...p me maintain max mobility, optimal mechanics, and decreased pain. You don't have to be an endurance athlete to benefit. I see him regardless of whether I'm training or not and really noticed how poorly I felt during the pandemic and could not see him. I had my first massage back with Noah in late July. In my opinion, he takes safety very seriously - from the disclosure forms, taking of temperature, ...medical grade massage table covering to the hepa filter in the room, he absolutely gets it in my opinion. Of course the massage was excellent as expected. In this environment everyone needs to do what’s best for them especially for older folks like me and I felt safe and will return to see him soon.
