We have been clients for two years and find ballroom dancing far more physically challenging than we would have thought. This activity is great for ba...lance, coordination, and stamina. But it is also good for the spirit because this Studio and Shane make it fun and non-threatening. We look forward to our "dance dates" and cannot say enough about this gem on the Northshore.
