First, as a seasoned hairstylist i look at businesses through a different lens. I had a fantastic experience with Ronnie. The lounge itself vibes with... distinct “coolness”. It is immaculate and well appointed. Ronnie did not disappoint. He was easy to talk to, get to know and has a calm technique in his styling, putting the client at ease right away. The icing on the cake? He did a great job listening and accomplishing what I wanted. Definitely a visit worthy of 5 stars. Show more

Made an appt for 4 and Ronnie was nowhere near ready for the appt. I waited until 430 and he was still nowhere near done with the customer in his chai...r. 10-15 mins, okay, 30+ is not an appointment…I left without a haircut. I can’t believe this place has the audacity to charge $55 for a men’s haircut “appointment” but manages their time this poorly. Show more

First time being at the Elevate style lounge the atmosphere was pretty chill, modern, and felt welcoming, the service I received there was beyond the ...whole 9 yards and though I’m usually the quiet customer during the haircut session, the vibe was still really chill not awkward in any way for me, they definitely gained a new customer, I would advise people to come down and let the crew elevate your style!
