For clarity, I do not offer services for braiding and detangling matted hair. It is essential that hair is detangled before the appointment. Additional time and effort was required to detangle, matted hair which can impact the schedule and overall flow of the service. It is common for stylists to inform the client (or their guardian) about the necessary steps to proceed effectively. While I make every effort to communicate expectations in advance, clients are also encouraged to reach out with questions prior to their visit.
