I am very disappointed in my recent experience. She confirmed the appointment the night before and still no showed. I showed up to her apt and she did... not answer multiple calls and texts. I still have not received a response or apology for the major inconvenience before my vacation. I tried to be understanding of her personal circumstances given she has done a great job before, but this was inexcusable. Show more

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I was supposed to be braided today at 11am, and the braider messaged me multiple times to move the appointment back..., before eventually cancelling and then asking to come again later in the day at 5pm. I messaged her multiple times that I was on my way and was told to wait because of traffic. I wait until 5pm and then let her know I’m on my way. She never responded and eventually blocked my number as I was on my way. Very disappointed, will not be coming again. My entire day was wasted. Show more
