Booked my daughter appointment the day before, the braider confirmed appointment within 30 mins or less and reached out that morning well before appoi...ntment to introduce herself and ask what hair color would we like. Arrived at appointment and Sierra got started immediately. Very clean and calming environment and she’s fast !! My daughter hair looks amazing and so neat and the parts are super clean!!! I’ve been going to Sierra for about a year now and each appointment I’ve had with her has never been smooth. I’ve either been pushed back or completel...y rescheduled. This weekend she’s shown me that being a loyal client means nothing to her. I’m very disappointed with her lack of communication with no apology. Appointment was supposed to be at 11am on a Saturday , Sierra did message asking to push it back to 12:30 and that was okay. Then had to push it back ...again because she had something going on, we then agreed to do 7/7:30 pm the same day. I was at the appointment and at 7:20 she finally messaged saying to reschedule for Sunday at 8am. I was upset because she should have said something alot sooner that 10 minutes before the agreed upon time but I digress. Sunday I woke up at 7:30am to message and ask if 8am still works for her, NEVER got a response back! It is currently almost 9:30 pm on sunday and I still havent heard ANYTHING from her. Unfortunately the customer service is severely lacking and I will not be trying again. Show more
