WORST haircut ever. Ismenia didn’t listen to what I wanted or pay attention to the haircut that I brought in, which was totally differ than what she c...ut. My long layered hair was destroyed by her into this ugly choppy cut with terrible rooster layers. 4 inches shorter than what I asked for! She doesn’t know what she’s doing. I have to grow this out and course correct for at least 6 months. Friends and family commented on how bad it was. Not interested in getting a response - this is a PSA to any woman that they should avoid.

Approach to layers on wet hair was not the right result took full responsibility on results did not charge and comp to client to see new hairdresser, this was a second visit first visit client had a satisfied haircut that was for her wedding. I gently layered in dry hair is the best for client hair in my experience.
