Bad experience don’t recommend. Scheduled through Booksy, received a text that the time needed to change, no issue. Adjusted the appointment for an ho...ur later. Arrived at the shop for appointment to a locked up shop and closed sign. Waited a few minutes, then sent a text to be told 5 mins after my appointment start time that he was leaving Edina soon and would head that way. Of course I declined to wait. Received a text 30 minutes after revised appointment time that he was now there. Show more

It was my first time bringing my son here for a cut. I called about 5-10 mins before my appointment because I couldn't find the place. The guy answere...d and said he wasn't gonna be there. Used the excuse that booksy must be behind cuz he sent out a mass text in the morning that I never got. Definitely didn't seem apologetic or seem to care. Should of known when I called to see how to make an appointment and he just said I need to send you a link and hung up without any clarification that it wasn't a place I want to do business.
