I’m sorry to hear that the service didn’t meet your expectations—that’s never the experience I aim to provide. Your concerns are important, and I’ll be more mindful in the future to make sure everything is clearly communicated. Please note that a minimum of three inches of hair is required for services. Because the sides and back of your child’s hair were cut short, it was difficult to grip and twist those areas properly. I assumed a barber visit would follow to clean up the sides, but in hindsight, I should have confirmed that with you and explained that I wouldn’t be able to twist the areas where the hair was significantly shorter. As for pricing, it only changes when the hair is longer. Whether the sides are cut or not does not affect the price, as the time and effort involved remain consistent. I completely understand if you decide not to return and I wish you and your child all the best.
