I’ve been going to Kamal for years ever since she was at Beauty by Thread. She’s been good up until the last year of me going. I arrived a couple minu...tes early to my appointment and she was finishing up a client. I watched her do the clients brows, take cash from her and proceeded to call me over to the chair, not having switched her gloves. It was so unsanitary that she used the same pair of gloves for her previous client, handled cash, and then did my brows. I completely regretted not saying anything and that was my fault. I decided to give her another chance and my most recent appointment is at when I knew that I should have not come back. I greeted her with a “hi how are you doing?” And all she said was “I’m good” with no emotion and then rushed to do my brows. I asked her to keep them thick and just clean them up but she left them so thin and uneven. She finished so fast and did not take her time to make them look decent. It seemed like she was in a bad mood and was unwelcoming. I will definitely not be returning. Show more
