Alex listened really well to what I wanted and then his expertise did the rest. He has good strength, focus and patience. He is the muscle whisperer...! The room was a nice, warm temp. The massage table is very comfy w/ a foam topper. The music was very soothing and not distracting. I appreciate the deep pressure I got on my back. My arms are healing well and I will ask for a bit more pressure on them for next time. Oh... the neck work was fantastic, detailed and thorough.
