To be clear I did apologize for the miscommunication. From the beginning I consult with my clients to make sure of the haircut/hairstyle they desire. I'm a hair professional with over 30 years of experience and pretty much know what haircut fits the client before they even sit down. With that being said, I as the young man how he wanted his hair cut even suggesting a style "fade the sides and clean up his bangs" he said "NO" and proceeded to show me a picture of haircut. This picture, displayed in review, is of a young man with a completely different hair texture and couldn't not be achieve with his hair texture... which I mentioned to both son & mother. I even asked him(total of 5 times while sitting in the chair to be sure) did he want any edge up like in the picture and said "YES" each time. So I tapered his sides and back as in the picture, then walks in my next client...who has the same hair texture. The conversation she speaks of, is the one I had between the client in chair and my next client is about his haircut and having no bangs. Because when I cut straight hair clients the last question is as them is "Bangs or No Bangs" as part of my client consultation. I even ask the young man, for final clarification, to you want yours cut like his and he said "YES" so I proceeded and edged him up like in the picture he showed me. Then mom looks up and doesn't like that his bangs have been removed, I attempted to explain and apologized for the miscommunication.
