Getting ahold of someone was quite difficult which is why I used Booksy to schedule but it was especially frustrating on the day of my appointment as ...many offices closed due to winter weather and I wanted to confirm office was still open. I took my chances that they were open and so glad I did. Upon my arrival, I found the Doctor and one other staff member trying to juggle appointments and walkins (as they were short staffed due to weather) and even in a hectic state, Dr.Chavez and staff worked in sync with such finesse all while presenting in a welcoming, friendly and professional manner. Dr. Chavez was able to see me almost immediately (1 hr before my scheduled appointment) and took her time to address and discuss concerns and answer questions. The office was clean and I saw both Dr. Chavez and staff wiping pens, etc. with lysol wipes throughout my visit. I highly recommend Dr Chavez and her team for all vision needs! Show more

On top of t...hat, Dr. Chavez is probably the best optometrist that I have been examined by in New Mexico. She adjusted my contact lens prescription so that my vision is better and my contact lenses are finally comfortable to wear! She listened to my concerns and took action rather than ignoring them.
