The experience was a good one. It helped that I've done lots of coaching and training in previous positions/careers so I wasn't at all nervous about i...t. I had to smile, however, when I started wrapping up and "Pat" said that I still had a couple of minutes to go. I pointed out that I had started my own timer at the beginning of the session and we were past 15 minutes. We both laughed about it because "Pat" had apparently missed starting her own timer at the beginning of the call. Anyway, wonderful encounter, very validating of the work I am already doing with my patients. Thank you! Show more

A wonderful learning experience that you’re able to do at your own pace. The material is clear and easy to understand and the weekly zoom sessions wit...h the instructor really helped me to practice the skills as I was learning them. I think having that interaction made a big difference and I really liked how I was able to also download the material being covered in the videos in a word format to look over and study more. I was able to make notes and highlight areas I wanted to research more. Show more

I really enjoyed taking this course, the presenters/instructors were very informative and interactive. The online course was easy to follow and compl...ete on my own time.
