Booked an appointment. I call the guy 3 times not once did he pick up nor called me back.. Doesnt take appointments seriously. I wouldnt book fellas!...

Sorry for the inconvenience sir. Sorry for any confusion of any mix-up it looks like from my records that it's your first time ever booking with me so I would not have your contact information in my phone so therefore if you call my number from a strange number that I don't know and if you call three times neither time did you leave a voicemail stating who you were in the nature of the call nor did you text me saying who you are I'm not always able to pick up my phone when I'm busy with other clients but however I do value my customers and I take my business very seriously I also want you to know that Booksy also gives a 30 minute in advance reminder of your appointment you was already confirmed you was already locked in my calendar for your 1:30 appointment that you did not show up too . I waited at the shop until 2:15 The close of business on Saturdays is 2:00 so therefore I stay 15 minutes after closing and you did not show up . My time is very important as well as yours thank you
