Karissa has been cutting my hair for years and has always done a great job. My schedule has been hectic the last few months and I’ve found it difficul...t to commit to an appointment. I ended up going to a different place that was able to see me right away after months of going without a haircut. They did a terrible job. I thought it was unfixable. Luckily, an opening became available for Karissa and I booked right away. I went in “knowing” she’d do her best, but accepting that the previous barber messed up bad enough that some areas would just be unfixable. I sat in the chair and asked, “just fix what you can.” I knew Karissa couldn’t grow my hair back, but I fully trusted her to fix anything that was fixable and just let her do her thing. She fixed everything. A true professional in her craft. Show more
