HORRIBLE experience with KARINA. I normally always have a great experience here, but Karina wasn’t very welcoming to my son and I. She didn’t seem to ...want to be there and rushed through my son’s haircut. Haircut typically takes 40-45 minutes, she was done in 19 minutes and it looked TERRIBLE. Sides were also uneven, I had to tell her to line the front up because she didn’t even offer. She also didn’t offer to put any gel or any product in my son’s hair. My son’s hair looked even worse after her cutting it than when he walked in to get a haircut. I asked her twice to fix it. After the 2nd time I just gave up. Also wasn’t very patient with my child, but instead rude. My son said he never wants to go back to her again. Zero customer service and not personable at all. Not sure if she was just having a bad day or what exactly happened, but first impressions are everything. Show more
