I have been going to Plus One since moving to Rossmoor nearly 2 years. The spa is wonderful. I keep returning because of great services. Unfortuna...tely yesterday was my biggest disappointment. I booked the 90 min massage with 30 min foot massage. Alice was my masseuse. She was good, although too hard at times. I asked her to go a little l...ighter a few times. Not sure she always heard me. My upper back was very sore to the touch for a few days afterward, but that is where I tend to hold my tension. The price was excellent for the 2 hours. Undecided about going back. Show more
