My husband told me the people didnt put any chemicals in the pool when they closed it on Tuesday. I called and a lady call me back saying our pool wa...s in great shape and they only put in one chemical. I told me husband and he was with the two guys the whole time and he didnt see any chemicals put in. I love Memphis Pool and use them every time I open and close our pool. My husband said there were different people who came than who normally comes to close/open the pool. Show more

Memphis Pools came to replace a pool light fixture. They had previously replaced a similar fixture and had replaced the bulb in this particular fixtu...re twice. The technician arrived at 7 pm and stated that he would not be able to do the job without another person. He stated that he would be back the next week to complete the job. Two weeks later, Memphis Pools had still not returned. I called and was informed that they will return to complete the job one month after the original appointment Show more

Past two openings not good, especially this one. It will take two weeks or more to clean the pool after technicians put in an inappropriate amount of ...chemicals. I believe the small amount of trash on the cover was dump into pool during removal. My pool is very dirty and full of sediment dust. Also, I have my own chemicals and the technician used his own.
